Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AuraDent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AuraDent and supersede any prior agreements.
Use License
AuraDent grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for authorized business purposes.
Prohibited Uses
- •Modifying or duplicating the Service
- •Reverse engineering or decompiling
- •Renting, leasing, or lending access
- •Removing copyright or trademark notices
- •Using for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- •Framing or embedding without permission
- •Transferring your account to others
User Obligations
Account Security
- •Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
- •Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- •You are responsible for all account activities
- •Enable two-factor authentication for security
Patient Data & HIPAA
- •Obtain patient consent to store health information
- •Comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare regulations
- •You are the Covered Entity; we are your Business Associate
- •Maintain safeguards for patient data access
Accurate Information
- •Provide complete and accurate account details
- •Update information if it becomes outdated
- •Take responsibility for data accuracy
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent purposes
- Violating laws (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA)
- Unauthorized access or hacking attempts
- Uploading viruses or malware
- Spamming or phishing
- Harassing or abusing users
- Selling or sharing access
- Interfering with Service operations
- Excessive automation or scraping
- Competitive analysis without permission
Subscription & Billing
Subscription Plans
- •Select a plan with specified features and limits
- •Pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes
- •Monthly plans renew automatically each billing date
- •Annual plans renew after 12 months
- •Feature limits apply per plan tier
Billing & Payment
- •We charge your payment method on renewal dates
- •You authorize us to charge for all fees
- •You maintain valid payment information
- •Declined payments may result in suspension
- •You are responsible for applicable taxes
Cancellation & Refunds
- •Cancel anytime from account settings
- •Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
- •No refunds for partial months or unused features
- •Cancel free trial anytime without charge
- •Prorated refunds available if we fail to deliver
Plan Changes & Overrides
- •Upgrade or downgrade anytime
- •Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing
- •Overrides allow temporary feature increases
- •Overrides are non-refundable once applied
Intellectual Property Rights
All AuraDent platform IP (code, design, trademarks) is owned by AuraDent. You receive a limited license but retain no ownership. You retain ownership of your data and grant us license to process it as needed to provide the Service.
Limitation of Liability
"AS-IS" Disclaimer
- •Service provided "AS IS" without warranties
- •No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness
- •We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- •We do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose
Damage Limitations
- •Our liability limited to amount paid in prior 12 months
- •Not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- •Not liable for lost profits, revenue, or business interruption
- •Limitations apply even if we were advised of damages
Service Level Agreement
- •We aim for 99.5% uptime annually
- •Scheduled maintenance and acts of God excluded
- •Formal SLA available for Enterprise customers
Termination
Termination by You
- •Cancel your subscription anytime
- •Provide 30 days notice before non-renewal
Termination by AuraDent
- •Immediate termination if you violate Terms
- •Immediate termination for fraudulent activities
- •Termination if payment fails after 5 days
- •Termination if Service is used for harmful purposes
Data Upon Termination
- •Account deactivated 30 days after cancellation
- •You can download data before termination
- •Data deleted after 90 days unless legally required
- •Patient data retained per healthcare regulations
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. We will notify you of material changes by email or notice on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance. You may terminate within 30 days of notice for a full refund.
